Denis Stoddard, PhD. is the president and owner and is a Behavior Analyst with over 45 years of professional experience. His two main professional service areas are Executive Assessment and Coaching, and conducting Competency-based Workshops.

EXECUTIVE COACHING - This begins with a competency-based assessment using a number of tools. The basic tool is a 360 Interview process in which the individual and selected respondents are interviewed with the focus being on the individual's behaviors that are effective and those which he/she should consider changing to be more effective. A second tool that can be utilized is a Social Style analysis study which determines the individual's interpersonal style and how to be most effective with their style in producing reslults with and through others (See SOCIAL STYLES . A third tool produces the individual's ranking on over 60 universal competencies including the importance of these competrencies in their job. This is done by the individual and his/her boss. A fourth tool includes interviewing the individual to determine how they rate on 15 excellent manager behavioral characteristics. Additional tools can help address career planning need
